HBBC Week 6

It’s the last week of HBBC. Hoping to end with the highest points yet! We will see how that works out….

Monday – a.m. 2.5 mile run, 35 min weights/core/physio, 10 min stretch (5)
p.m. 15 min physio (0.75)
FV – 1 point
FB – 1 bonus point
1.5 hours cleaning to prep for Christmas = 3 bonus points

Tuesday – a.m. 24 min bike (2), 22 min physio exercises (1)
FV – 1 point
FB – 1 bonus point

Wednesday – 2.5 mile run, 45 min weights/physio/core, 15 min stretch (6.25)
FV – 1 point
FB – 1 bonus point

Thurs – took a rest day, wasn’t feel so fabulous.
FV – 1 point

Fri – a.m. 30 min bike, 40 min physio exercises (4)
p.m. 1 hour cross country ski (4)
FV – 1 point
FB – 1 bonus point

Sat – 2 hours cleaning to prep for a party = 4 bonus points (Not sure I can count cleaning on two seperate days for the bonus points or not, but let’s face it, I’m not going to be close to winning anything based on points, so I don’t think it really matters!).

Sun – 3 mile run!, 50 min weights/physio/core, 20 min stretch (7)
